Clarington Gymnastics Academy is pleased to offer a wide range of Competitive Programs. Our Interclub to Provincial Programs are specifically aimed towards athletes who are ready to be trained for a higher level. All of our Competitive Coach's are Nationally Certified under the National Coaching Certificate Program and have unique qualities for developing athletes.

The competitive program is to prepare the mind and body for more advanced gymnastics training. The program consists of strength, flexibility, dance and basic skill training on all events. Gymnasts learn discipline the value good work ethics and achievement as they develop a strong mind and body for life!
