Clarington’s Future athletes compete in Mississauga to bring home 85 medals!!
Clarington Gymnastics attended their first invitational meet of the season at the Futures Gymnastics Club in Mississauga ON.
For a number of up and coming young athletes it was their first meet ever.
For the experienced
Provincial athletes this was a practice for the Prestigious Provincial Championships and Elite ON held April 25th – 27th and the Provincials May 2nd – 4th 2008. Coaches and parents were impressed with the team spirit and enthusiasm shown! Many athletes stood on the podium
For the first time ever.
Congratulations to all athletes! We look forward to attending Championships!

The rules of good nutrition are
quite simple. Consume
adequate food and fluid before,
during, and after training or
competition to help maintain
blood glucose levels during
performance, maximize
performance, and improve
recovery time. Athletes should
be well hydrated before training
or competition and they should
also drink enough fluid during
and after to balance fluid losses.
CAC's Sport Nutrition program is
designed to offer athletes,
coaches, and parents access to
nutrition tips, tools, and advice
as well as access to sport
nutrition professionals in order
to ensure good health and
optimal athletic performance.
All
our Coaching Staff are certified through the National Coaching
Certification Program (N.C.C.P) and are members of Gymnastics
Ontario.
