Clarington Gymnastics will be running a 6 week summer program from July 17th – Aug 24th/06.

Don’t miss out on our Theme weeks such as:

Registration for summer will begin as follows
New Members:
June 5th 10am - 1:00pm
Evening 6 - 8 pm on going

Our Summer Programs are a great way to keep up your gymnastics skills and achieve an additional Level. Classes do fill up quickly so don’t miss out!

Going Hollywood return to top

Please join us for our annual recreational meet. This year’s theme is Going Hollywood with all the perks that go with it! Our gym will be transformed into a star studded stage! This is a great opportunity for recreational athletes to show off their skills they have been working on all year. The schedule is now posted On the bulletin board.

ODP Event return to top

We will also be hosting an Ontario Development Program on the 18th. There are no routines for the Level 2 - 4 athletes. Instead a series of stations are set up to test 3 main areas - Flexibility, Handstand Development Strength, Power & Endurance.

We are happy to announce our exciting new programs for Summer/Fall 2006

Achievement Program

This was especially created for the more advanced gymnast who is looking for a challenge. Attend 3hrs/wk for the session.

Cheerleading!

Pull out your pom-poms and show us your club spirit. You will flip for our new cheerleading program!

Acro for Dancers

Looking to learn that new skill to improve in your dance routine? This program is just for you. Cartwheels – Aerials!

We are proud to have One of our Level 5 athletes Stephanie Morfidis as part of Canadian Living’s segment of healthy living. We are following the Morfidis’s progress through healthy eating, family fitness with the help of some experts in the field. Stephanie’s coach Krista was part of a photo shoot here in the gym to help promote family fitness. They will be featured in June’s issue of Canadian Living. www.canadianliving.com

Year End Competitive Family BBQ&Banquet June 30th 3:00pm Mark your calendars

Each year we like to Celebrate the achieve- ments made by our comp- athletes and coaches. As well as recognize our Recreational Coaching Team too. This year our Thanks goes to the Pearce Family For hosting this event! We are proud of all our Athletes from Level 2 & up your hard work ethics and Determination in the gym Will pay off not only at meets but in life learning as well. Come celebrate another successful year at Clarington Gymnastics Academy.

Fall Programs

Our Recreational Program is undoubtedly the best around! We are always working hard to accommodate all ages and levels. This has been a very successful year in our recreational division and we are striving to make next year even better.  Registration Dates for fall are tentatively set for Aug 14 – Sept 1st.  Register early don’t miss out!

Reminder the there is only WATER allowed in our change rooms. Please try to help us keep our gym clean by picking up items that may get left behind. Your Co-operation is greatly appreciated.

Respect Our Gym return to top

Please keep in mind a few rules:

Please arrive on time. Warm up is an essential part of gymnastics to prevent injury.
Only water bottles with your child's name on it are allowed in the change rooms.(rec only)
Please don't bring any valuables such as expensive rings watch's etc.
Please remove shoes at the door. We want to keep our gym clean!
No parents are permitted beyond the double wood doors. All parents may watch their children from the viewing area provided.
No communication between parents and children are allowed. Please let the coaches do their job.


All our Coaching Staff are certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (N.C.C.P) and are members of Gymnastics Ontario.
